CAROLINA ANIMAL RESCUE EXPERTS FOSTER APPLICATION
This application MUST be completed by anyone interested in fostering a pet from Carolina Animal Rescue Experts..
C.A.R.E reserves the right to refuse a foster home for ANY reason. All applicants must be 18 years
or older. All applicants interested in breeds historically used for guarding or
fighting (Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans etc.) will have their application reviewed by the shelter
manager, and approvals may not be same-day. We want this to be a wonderful experience for you and
your family, but our first responsibility is for the health, welfare, and happiness of the animals in our care.
Typical foster time is between 14 days and 90 days. If you have any special requests as far as time periods you can foster, please let us know. If the foster is not working, please give us 72 hours to find a new place for the dog to go. If you must go out of town, we will board the foster if you can give us ample warning- if it is an emergancy we will do the best you can or provide boarding at a local facility.
